- 100 g dried apricots
- 100 g dates
- 50 g chopped almonds
- 30 g grated coconut
- 25 g oat flakes tender
- 10 g agave syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil 20 g
Roast the grated coconut and almonds in a pan without fat until golden brown.
Pour all ingredients into a blender and mix until the mixture is even.
Form balls of approx. 3-4 cm from the mixture with clean hands. Keep in the fridge until serving.
