Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 100 g dried apricots
  • 100 g dates
  • 50 g chopped almonds
  • 30 g grated coconut
  • 25 g oat flakes tender
  • 10 g agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil 20 g

Instructions

  • Roast the grated coconut and almonds in a pan without fat until golden brown.
  • Pour all ingredients into a blender and mix until the mixture is even.
  • Form balls of approx. 3-4 cm from the mixture with clean hands. Keep in the fridge until serving.
