Instructions
Chop or press the garlic.
Place garlic and soy milk in a tall container and puree with a hand blender.
While mixing, slowly add the oil until the desired consistency is reached.
Season to taste with salt and lemon juice.
Notes
Soy milk and oil should have the same temperature.
