Greek Farmer's Salad

- 1 cucumber
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 2 heads cos lettuce
- 500 g tomatoes
- 2 red onions
- 200 g vegan feta
- 100 g olives
- salt and pepper
- garlic salt optional
- 1 lemon
- 125 ml olive oil
- 1 tbsp oregano
Wash the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into thin strips. Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices. Peel onions and cut into fine rings. Dice the vegan feta. Drain olives.
Put cucumber, paprika, tomatoes, onions, vegan feta and olives in a bowl.
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper to a sauce. Pour the sauce over the salad. Stir and enjoy.
