Vegan Parmesan cheese

Vegan Parmesan cheese substitute with authentic cheese taste

Ingredients

  • 40 g cashew nuts
  • 40 g almonds (peeled)
  • 40 g yeast flakes*
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice or apple vinegar

Instructions

  • Crush all ingredients in the mixer or Food Pocessor evenly and finely.
  • Leave to dry for 15 minutes. Fill into jars, close well and store in refrigerator.

Notes

If you are allergic to almonds or cashew nuts you can replace them with sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts.
